The Problem with Photography

Real-life is 3D, but photos are 2D. The place you're at may be breathtaking, but when you take a photo, you lose a whole dimension, which is why photos rarely look as good as what you experience in real life. To make a photo that's captivating, you have to find ways to bring back this missing dimension--depth. But how? The short answer is to look for certain patterns in nature.
